Based in Mississauga, Leslie is the driving force behind Freshly Organized, a venture she founded in 2022. As a proud member of a blended family, Leslie understands the unique challenges of maintaining order and harmony amidst the activities of four energetic pre-teen and teenage children. From an early age, Leslie recognized the power of implementing efficient systems to bring calmness and structure to the kids' daily lives. These systems have evolved over time, adapting to the ever-changing interests and needs of her family, ultimately eliminating confusion, clutter, and stress from their home.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles within renowned retail establishments, Leslie has fostered enduring relationships with clients and employees alike. Her keen eye for detail and innate ability to create fresh, functional spaces that exude tranquility have been honed through her love of nature and the simplistic calm it provides. Known as the "organized one" among both her professional and personal circles, Leslie's unwavering passion for organizing led her to pursue her dream job as a professional organizer.
In the wake of the pandemic, with a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives, Leslie seized the opportunity to acquire her Ultimate Certified Professional Organizer certification from Ultimate Academy. With newfound knowledge and unwavering determination, she embarked on her journey to turn her dream into a reality.
Each day, Leslie begins with an invigorating exercise routine, followed by a tranquil moment savouring a cup of coffee, ideally enjoying the sounds of nature during the warmer months.
